Digital Products
Digital Product Information
Digital products include 3D Print Files, Digital Music, Digital Art, Sample Packs, Preset Packs and Software.Version Updates
At time of purchase, the current version of the digital product will be provided.All future updates will be provided to the purchaser at no additional cost.
Updates will be provided via the e-mail address provided at check out.
If an update is not received, please check your spam folder or contact me.

All prototype items are produced on demand. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the item, availability of materials, and amount of orders in the queue.Pre-Order items are handled in a similar manner to crowd-funding campaigns.

Once a pre-order is placed:- The order is manually confirmed and processed by Tony Alonso Tech, along with the shipping and contact information provided at checkout.
- An e-mail will be sent to confirm the pre-order and provide current timeline information.
Timeline will follow the following general format.
Order Date - Confirmation Date - Estimated Production Start Date - Estimated Production Completion Date - Estimated Shipping Date - Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Tracking information is provided by Tony Alonso Tech when available. All shipping updates and notifications are sent directly by Tony Alonso Tech.

3D Prints
3D Printed Items are produced on demand within 72 hours of order placement.
Order Process
Once an order is placed:- If you wish to have your item printed in a different color, please contact me within 24 hours of order placement with your order information, and color preference(s). I will do my best to accommodate your request, however please note that color availability is subject to the filament stock. If your requested color is not available, I will contact you to discuss alternative options.
- All 3D printed items can be customized with custom logos or text for an additional fee. Any logo must be flat with a maximum of 3 colors. Please contact me within 24 hours of order placement with your order information, and customization request. I will do my best to accommodate your request, however please note that some designs may not be suitable for 3D printing. I will contact you regarding cost, payment options, and design feasibility before initiating any prints.
- If no customization is requested within 24 hours, the item will be printed in the default color.
- 24 hours after order placement, the order is manually confirmed and processed by Tony Alonso Tech, along with the shipping and contact information provided at checkout.

All on-demand vinyl records available through this shop are official physical releases. Manufacturing, packaging, and worldwide shipping are handled by elasticStage Ltd.Order Process

Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.All refund and exchange requests are handled on a case by case basis, however the following guidelines apply:
- Refunds are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
- If returned items are found not to be defective or damaged, the buyer will have the choice to either have the item shipped back or a refund issued minus a 10-20% restocking fee.
- On-Demand items such as clothing, and accessories are subject to the refund and exchange policies provided by FourthWall.
- On-Demand Vinyl Records are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Bear in mind that these are limited edition releases and are final sale.
- Digital products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
- To complete a refund or exchange request, please contact me with your order information and the reason for the request.
